This series of printed material spans the years 1927 - 1967. It provides for researchers a font of information on Government employees. The earlier listings include the names of the Governor of the day, members of the Executive and Legislative Councils, Parliamentarians, Justices of the Peace and Magistrates. The later schedules have added information re: the names of Police Officers, Doctors and Nurses as well as teachers and support staff. In addition, members of various boards are listed throughout the series. The later list however indicate marital status and whether the individuals were pensionable or not.

This series of documents was produced by the Colonial Secretary's Office which later became the Cabinet Office. The documents have been deposited in the Department of Archives and are available for public use.
