RECORDS:
Archives
take all forms including the traditional manuscript, loose papers,
bound volumes, microforms, sound recordings, still photographs,
maps, video tapes and electronic records. Each record is unique
and cannot be replaced. The Department of Archives is very aware
of its duty to preserve and secure the archival materials in its
care. Archival records cannot be borrowed and researchers are not
allowed into the repository in which the records are stored. Records
can only be consulted in the Research Room. |
