The Department of Archives has in its collection approximately 2,400 wills and related documents. Other depositors include the Methodist Church, the Out Island Commissioner's Offices, the Registrar General's Department which has will books and indexes from 1700 - 1944 and private individuals. All of the wills are on microfilm and repair continues on the original documents.
